Finding of mesothelioma can be suspected with imaging yet is affirmed with biopsy. It must be clinically and histologically separated from other pleural and pneumonic malignancies, including receptive pleural malady, essential lung carcinoma, pleural metastases of different growths, and other essential pleural diseases. Essential pericardial mesothelioma is regularly analyzed after it has metastasized to lymph hubs or the lungs.
